Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how TribeFlow, Inc. ("TribeFlow," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit tribeflow.com (the "Site"). The Site is a portfolio overview of the companies TribeFlow operates; each portfolio brand's own website has its own privacy policy.
1. Information we collect
- Contact form. Your name, email address, optional company, inquiry type, and message.
- Brand matcher. The text you type describing your needs, and any optional details (team size, industry, goal). Please don't include sensitive personal information.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type, and request logs collected automatically by our hosting and security providers to deliver the Site and prevent abuse.
- Your cookie choice. Stored in your browser so we remember it.
We do not currently use advertising pixels, analytics trackers, or chat widgets on this Site.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and send a confirmation that we received it.
- To generate a brand recommendation from your description.
- To operate, secure, and protect the Site from spam and abuse (for example, rate limits and bot checks).
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the Site, under obligations to protect it:
- Cloudflare — hosting, delivery, and Turnstile bot protection on the contact form.
- Email delivery provider — sends the inquiry notification and your confirmation email.
- AI model provider (accessed through our AI gateway) — processes brand matcher text to produce a recommendation. We do not ask providers to store it for training.
- Database and backend provider — stores email delivery logs and suppression lists.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
4. Retention
Contact inquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records, generally no longer than 24 months. Brand matcher text is not stored by us after the recommendation is returned. Technical logs are kept for short periods set by our providers.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California and other US states), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Where GDPR applies, our legal bases are your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and securing the Site, and legal obligations. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
6. Cookies
See our Cookie Policy for the categories we use and how to change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
7. International transfers
Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries, with appropriate safeguards where required.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date.
